Content Letter
The team has been listening to community feedback about the Early/Mid game ever since the PvE raids rework was released. The intention was to make raids last longer while keeping rewards balanced with the time invested, as well as adjusting farming and item acquisition so players could fairly improve their characters based on the hours they put in. After careful evaluation, we’ve decided to make changes to improve the experience for less experienced players and encourage new players to join.
We’ve reduced the HP of bosses across all Acts, simplified mechanics, and removed pre-rooms in Normal Raids. (Act 8 raids still keep pre-rooms, but now they’re simpler and easier.) Raids are now more spammable and accessible, but to balance this, the amount of items from chests has been reduced, and pity requirements have been increased to match the shorter raid times.
Additionally, boss HP will no longer scale with the number of players in the raid. From now on, bosses will keep a fixed HP value, meaning the more players, the faster the raid will go.
The purpose of these changes is to create a smoother, more enjoyable, and less demanding experience, something you can do casually while chatting with friends on Discord. For those looking for true focus and challenge, Hell and Hardcore raids are still there.
Finally, the idea is that new players should be able to progress on their own without relying on fully geared veterans, while stronger players can feel the power of their progression, even skipping certain mechanics if their damage is high enough.
On the farming side, which has been somewhat neglected, we’ve increased the amount of materials obtainable in Acts 7, 7.2, and 8; The following materials needed for runes, upgrading SP, or getting C80 gear:

— New Legendary Treasures have been added for the Amulet slot.
- The new legendary amulets will come with permanent stats on the item, plus a special buff that is only available in farming maps such as Raids, Instances, etc. (not in general maps). However, this buff won’t always be active, you’ll need Dragon’s Runic Energy to recharge and keep it running. By double-clicking Dragon’s Runic Energy, you can toggle the amulet’s buff on or off, so it won’t consume energy when you don’t need it.

Energy Extractor Hammer, purchasable from Teoman Top. To choose how many consumables you want to destroy, just separate them into a single inventory slot and use the hammer on that slot. Each item requires one hammer, and you’ll receive an amount of Dragon’s Runic Energy proportional to the value of the items destroyed.

— Now targeted monsters will have a target icon above them so you can select them more easily from among the other enemies.
— A new consumable has been added: Arcane Elixirium. This powerful item activates the effects of Fairy Booster, High Priest’s Blessing, Empowering Potion, and Airwaves for 1 hour.
- You can now craft Arcane Elixirium by fusing individual boosters:

— New [PvP] Token Random Boxes have been added for each PvP material in the Individual Arena map. They can be crafted using x10 of the specific PvP material and Battle Medal x10. — We've added a 50% bonus of Battle Medals and gold to the base rewards in 1v1 and 3v3 Ranked matches for losing players, as long as they win at least one round.

— Removed the delay when applying Perfection Upgrade Scrolls of a specific upgrade.
— Decreased the cooldown of the attraction skills of Demon Warrior and Flame Druid to 20 seconds.

— Increased the attack area of the Master Wolf’s Tornado Kick and Ultimate Tornado Kick skills from 3 to 8 cells.
— Changed the effect of Totem's Party Soul so it now disappears after 2 hits instead of 1.
— The buff from Glacernon Elemental Wings will now activate with hits over 100k damage, instead of having a 10% chance.
— The random stuns from Hellbound Zenas have been removed.
— The appearance of the Hardcore Fernon's Goddess Wings (Visual Reward) has been changed to Hardcore Infernal Archangel Wings (Visual Reward) due to community feedback.
— Added Fernon's Goddess Wings Skin (Appearance only) for 400 PremiumCoins in EastMall Shop.
— The Golden Treasure Upgrade Scroll now increases the success rate by 20% of the base value, instead of adding a flat 2%.
— Replaced the additional shadow attack from the Dark Gunner specialist's Dark Possession buff with 5% basic attack damage.
— Now you recharge all Fortune Wheel tickets in a stack with just one click. If you don’t want to recharge them all, you can split the desired amount into a separate slot.
— We increased the zoom you can do on the instances.
— Hell push points from 12 → 6 per player.
— The price of Raid seals has been reduced by approximately 80%.
— Some Battle Pass missions have been adjusted.

Bugfix
— Fixed the Master Wolf’s Spiritual Wound effect, changing it from debuff to buff.
