Dear users:
In these last days a small group (which is increasing more and more) of you have had problems with the connection to Glacernon (Act 4), the error causes you to be trapped and some staff people can't rescue you. We know with the recent update where the shell options are implemented many of you are trying to go the raids, and by this problem you can't go. We have been trying fix the problem, but we haven't still know the causes this problem, we're working to resolve the problem. While we have to ask that users who have this problem, do not return to Glacernon until further notice.
For another thing, we know the dilemma of shell pieces, until the developer comes we can't do anything. Theses days are special with the family and several travels. We are the first ones, the frustration that entails, but please be patient.
And by last, we know that many of you are going to ask, users affected by the Glacernon connection problem, for now we don't know how to compensate for this error. But for the moment nothing can be sure, from the team we regret that giving this answer. For now it is the only thing we can clarify.
