Project Manager

It is also the person responsible for planning, promoting and coordinating the common projects and initiatives of the management team; On the other hand, it is also responsible for multiple tasks on the project, providing assistance to developers, organizing and performing bug and error testing tasks and new content, keeping platforms updated and operational, performing server management and creation tasks. of systems and general operation of the game.

Developers
Developers (Dev) are the people in charge of programming and developing code bases for the game, performing server updates, whether new content or bug fixes, in general to perform any of the steps and development that have to do with codes or programming of the server or other project platform, if necessary, and on the other hand meet the demands and concerns conveyed by the management team that refer to the programming. With these, there is the person in charge of the team in charge of helping and managing the work of game design (Project Manager), getting to discuss issues in any area of the project and review the suggestions, among others.
Community Manager
The Community Manager (CoMa) is responsible for online or digital communication and marketing, as it must meet the objectives and establish an action plan. Its objectives are the creation and management of content, monitoring of all strategic parameters and definition of the growth of the community, of social traffic ... and of establishing communication with the community through bidirectional dialogues, creating audiences and humanizing the project, must create community and energize it, in addition to interacting with people by providing communication and information about updates and the constant state of the project. In addition it also has the ability to attract the community by organizing events within the game, making draws and other interventions coordinate with the community and the team. That is why at the same time it must be attentive to the opinion of the community, direct it to the corresponding platforms to establish a relationship of feedback and coordination with the team and to be able to transfer the discomforts to the administration.
Team Manager

Game Admins
The Game Admins (GA) are in charge of transmitting to the community the corresponding information of the server, as well as gathering the concerns and constructive criticisms made by the community and taking it for a better function of the server. They are the Game Administrators in charge of the organization, the entry and the selection of the members of the Game Team, they also review the work of the GM's and advise the SGMs in the performance of their work. In case of disagreement with the decisions of the SGM, is the person who must go to transmit complaints. However, his answer is not definitive, if case of not being agree they can talk to the Team Manager (TM).

Super GameMaster
The Super Game Master (SGM), are those people who are responsible for supervising the work of the GM's and training the new TGM's in the tasks that correspond to their position. They are in charge of investigating the cases reported by the community and imposing the corresponding sanctions. The SGM are the people you should go to in case of having a complaint with the decision or sanction of a GM, always after having spoken everything that corresponds with the GM.

GameMasters
The Game Masters (GM) are in charge of managing the reports and claims of the community (ticket support system), imposing sanctions when violating the rules of the game, resolving doubts about the game, and dealing with cases and complaints directly in the game.
Trial GameMasters
The Trial GameMasters (TGM) fulfills exactly the same functions as a GameMaster, but due to the short time they have in the team, they are in the testing and training phase. When they have finished their testing period it will be decided if they ascend to GameMaster.
