Hello Eastmile community
I would like to clarify some Game Rules from which some players do not yet seem to know at all:
This means that you should keep in mind that each person who shares a connection at some point must notify them using the Eastmile Support ticket system with the following template:
WE MUST note that in the event of any illegal or suspicious activity there may be cases of permanent IP blockages by the team, if you are playing on networks with other players who may commit some illegality and there is an IP block you will be affected as well, that's why it's vitally important that the team is always told about connecting with other players, or connecting to the game from different locations to avoid unnecessary permanent blockages and having to undertake a claim process that can be long by having to force the team to review all the information and yourself see you in need of proving that you're a different person who has had to be punished for this caliber.
Hello Eastmile Community,
In this new thread, we want to discuss that there will be a slight change to the game rules in terms of language, as well as a couple of new sections being added to the Discord rules. To emphasize, in addition to mentioning the changes in the rules, we want to explain that from now on it will be possible to speak in any language within the game, except on the speakers, which will be exclusively in English. This means that you will be free to speak in any language; HOWEVER, to avoid any case of discrimination, we recommend that you speak in a language that you master and that everyone can understand.
In addition to all this, we want to make it clear that we will try to support the game in any language, but at the moment we can only provide it fluently in Spanish and English. The Game Team has decided to open an extraordinary application for people who want to be a Game Master and want to help us support any language, that is why if you have been previously rejected in any application.... IT'S YOUR TIME.
We recommend being completely honest and making your best application as it will be your letter of introduction to the Game Team, who will be in charge of seeing if you should be on the Eastmile Team or not. To know more about this, you should read carefully the following thread: Game Master Applications [OPEN]
We are looking for players who want to be part of the game team with the following languages:

Dear Community,
The game team of Eastmile we were changing some rules on the Game. It is likely that these changes will not finish. The next change will reduce the type of punishments and add a new rule.
With this change, we want make punishment more often and deal easily with people who really are not willing to change their attitude.
We hope this change will be helpful for the community and do not use it to bother the other users or teamlers.
Best Regards,

After:

We've heard concerns about this rule, so we've been forced to change it for better understanding. In this case, the best explained rule is the following:

Dear Community,
After the last patch [24/06/2023] New PvP Content: 1v1 Rankeds - PvP Daily Events changes and more we have had some cases where it has not been possible to understand the General Game Rules , more specifically in the Cheating section of dirty game.
"Dirty game" - those actions that ruin or interfere in any way with other players' play aren't allowed and will be severely sancionated, for example:
- Carrying monsters to another area to kill or annoy other players.
- Deliberately stealing deaths or monsters from other players.
- Deliberately move or hide monsters in another area of the map to annoy or complicate the playability of other players.
- Throw items to the ground that complicate movement on a map or to cause another player's screen to be blocked directly.
- Intentionally interfering with activities such as: walking through a portal, talking to an NPC, shopping in a store, walking on a map, etc.
- Reveal the position of a player in Glacernon so that the other faction will deliberately kill him.
- Other: Any situation that may disturb or make the game difficult for other people or that is considered dirty game by the Team.
- It's up to the team to determine which behaviors can be considered dirty game. The Team reserves the right to decide, in each case, whether or not the actions taken are penalized after studying each one individually, as well as who is involved in it.
We will add the following examples:
Quote
- Register in classifications such as 1vs1 (rankeds) and/or other classifications and let yourself win, regardless of whether it is to generate benefit for your opponent or for yourself.
- Go to a PvP map like Jötunheim's Realm and/or others to die for them and let the opposing team and/or side win.
It must be clarified that even adding these points that are clearly concrete examples, it was already taken into account as foul play. Therefore, any player who has breached this rule prior to this section update can be penalized.

Dear Community,
Due to changes in the latest patch, a new rule has been added to the Cheating section of Foul Play.
"Foul Play" - those actions that ruin or interfere in any way with other players' play aren't allowed and will be severely sancionated, for example:
- Carrying monsters to another area to kill or annoy other players.
- Deliberately stealing deaths or monsters from other players.

- It's up to the team to determine which behaviors can be considered Foul Play. The Team reserves the right to decide, in each case, whether or not the actions taken are penalized after studying each one individually, as well as who is involved in it.
- Activities that are limited to a number of times per day per account may only be completed with one account of the same person, taking advantage of such activities by doing so with more than one account is strictly prohibited and will result in a punishment.
We will add the following rule:
Quote
- Activities that are limited to a number of times per day per account may only be completed with one account of the same person, taking advantage of such activities by doing so with more than one account is strictly prohibited and will result in a punishment.
It should be clarified that the activities that are limited per account is due to the balance of server earnings that a player must be able to obtain, any player who tries to obtain using more than one account those rewards would be getting something that does not correspond to him and seriously harming the entire community, so that any player who abuses the system to get more than what corresponds to him will be severely punished and may permanently lose all his accounts.

Hello Eastmile community
From now on, AFK raiding will be prohibited. That doesn't matter that players cannot leave the game for a short amount of time, but staying AFK for long periods of time won't be allowed and will be punished. If you consider that you may need to leave for a long time you must leave the raid until you're back. Doing otherwise may end up in a punishment for you or the raid leader.
Some time ago, the rule that prohibited afk play was removed to allow players to sell exp. For raids it meant that, as long as the user was paying back the raid leader, they could go afk.
But we've been taking a peek at how abusive this practice has become, it can reduce massively the amount of time required to upgrade certain items and end up in a noticeable advantage over players that acquire them normally. It can be even compared to alter abuse, a way of playing that is not endorsed by Eastmile's team. We've always tried to balance the game in a way that makes this unnecessary and, because of this, we're forced to endorse this new rule to keep the game progression as intended, a new rule has been added to the Game behavior section, we will add the following rule:
Quote
